Total health management (THM) involves addressing the root causes of poor health and wellbeing; integrating health, disability, and absence programs; and promoting resilience. It has enabled many organizations to better manage rising health care costs while improving employee health and performance, and attracting and retaining healthy employees. KCCBA board members will be facilitating a panel discussion with three local employers regarding THM strategy and programming during this breakout session.
